Notes:

- trend and tdrss files are stored with each sequence.

- sw*sat.fits
	The SDC calculation of pointing [PO_GTI] and not pointing [NP_GTI] GTIs
	was changed several years ago.
	The old calculation is in [PO0_GTI] and [NP0_GTI].
	fmerge is now a ftmerge wrapper which results in some keyword differences (e.g., no TIMEZERO)

- addition of DETNAM = 'NONE' to several HDUs.
	I have not tracked down what tool is now writing this.
