At 07:09:01 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 201221 ***A*** (trigger=1013852). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 214.477, -45.411 which is
       RA(J2000) = 14h 17m 55s
       Dec(J2000) = -45d 24' 38"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1164 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~10 sec after the trigger.
