At 21:05:52 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 211023 ***A*** (trigger=1080859). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 170.302, +39.137 which is
       RA(J2000) = 11h 21m 12s
       Dec(J2000) = +39d 08' 14"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1757 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.
