At 13:16:27 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 221028 ***A*** (trigger=1131910). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 314.206, +41.066 which is
RA(J2000) = 20h 56m 49s
Dec(J2000) = +41d 03' 56"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~2367 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~1 sec after the trigger.
