At 22:41:20 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 221226 ***A*** (trigger=1145959). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 22.917, -41.554 which is
RA(J2000) = 01h 31m 40s
Dec(J2000) = -41d 33' 13"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~2195 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.
