At 19:24:49 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 230311 ***A*** (trigger=1159434). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 245.067, -15.891 which is
       RA(J2000) = 16h 20m 16s
       Dec(J2000) = -15d 53' 25"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1082 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~179 sec after the trigger.
