At 10:49:55 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 230815 ***A*** (trigger=1185505). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 184.772, -58.065 which is
       RA(J2000) = 12h 19m 05s
       Dec(J2000) = -58d 03' 53"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~6960 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.
