At 19:10:48 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 230816 ***A*** (trigger=1185685). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 299.777, +35.341 which is
       RA(J2000) = 19h 59m 06s
       Dec(J2000) = +35d 20' 27"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1265 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~7 sec after the trigger.
