At 14:52:00 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 230821 ***A*** (trigger=1186386). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 297.277, +36.059 which is
       RA(J2000) = 19h 49m 06s
       Dec(J2000) = +36d 03' 33"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~0 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~ sec after the trigger.
