At 04:30:07 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 230916 ***A*** (trigger=1192253). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 261.576, -17.117 which is
       RA(J2000) = 17h 26m 18s
       Dec(J2000) = -17d 07' 01"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1179 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~5 sec after the trigger.
