At 07:41:43 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 240117 ***A*** (trigger=1209369). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 245.343, -15.817 which is
RA(J2000) = 16h 21m 22s
Dec(J2000) = -15d 49' 00"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~7218 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~3 sec after the trigger.
