At 22:13:06 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 240205 ***A*** (trigger=1213095). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 351.476, -55.132 which is
RA(J2000) = 23h 25m 54s
Dec(J2000) = -55d 07' 55"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~9695 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~7 sec after the trigger.
