At 22:21:51 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 240221 ***A*** (trigger=1216745). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 245.544, -15.719 which is
       RA(J2000) = 16h 22m 11s
       Dec(J2000) = -15d 43' 07"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~914 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~2 sec after the trigger.
