At 23:05:19 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 240221 ***A*** (trigger=1216751). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 84.652, +22.174 which is
       RA(J2000) = 05h 38m 36s
       Dec(J2000) = +22d 10' 26"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1320 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~-1 sec after the trigger.
