At 14:55:26 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 240311 ***A*** (trigger=1219563). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 135.799, -40.450 which is
       RA(J2000) = 09h 03m 12s
       Dec(J2000) = -40d 26' 58"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~757 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~1 sec after the trigger.
