At 01:48:01 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 240419 ***A*** (trigger=1222955). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 94.568, -45.011 which is
RA(J2000) = 06h 18m 16s
Dec(J2000) = -45d 00' 40"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1929 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~1 sec after the trigger.
