At 19:01:18 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 240820 ***A*** (trigger=1249653). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 280.339, -4.928 which is
RA(J2000) = 18h 41m 21s
Dec(J2000) = -04d 55' 39"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~33164 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.
