At 01:03:25 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 240824 ***A*** (trigger=1250282). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 213.203, +63.737 which is
       RA(J2000) = 14h 12m 49s
       Dec(J2000) = +63d 44' 13"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1385 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~1 sec after the trigger.
