GRB 071028***A***, Swift-BAT refined analysis S. D. Barthelmy (GSFC), J. R. Cummings (GSFC/UMBC), N. Gehrels (GSFC), H. A. Krimm (GSFC/USRA), A. Y. Lien (GSFC/UMBC), C. B. Markwardt (GSFC), D. M. Palmer (LANL), T. Sakamoto (AGU), M. Stamatikos (OSU), T. N. Ukwatta (LANL) (i.e. the Swift-BAT team): Using the data set from T-2 to T+8 sec from the recent telemetry downlink, we report further analysis of BAT GRB 071028***A*** (trigger #295492) (NAME, et al., GCN Circ. xxxx). The BAT ground-calculated position is RA, Dec = 354.191, -31.623 deg which is RA(J2000) = 23h 36m 45.8s Dec(J2000) = -31d -37' -22.8" with an uncertainty of 3.4 arcmin, (radius, sys+stat, 90% containment). The partial coding was 3%. [Description about the mask-weighted light curve] T90 (15-350 keV) is 51.2 +- 1.6 sec (estimated error including systematics). This burst was outside the BAT calibrated field of view (the FLUX mask region) in the whole event data range, hence spectral analysis is not available. The results of the batgrbproduct analysis are available at http://gcn.gsfc.nasa.gov/notices_s/295492/BA/
