At 14:55:40 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 100701 ***A*** (trigger=426405). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 258.124, -37.639 which is
       RA(J2000) = 17h 12m 30s
       Dec(J2000) = -37d 38' 18"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1367 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~184 sec after the trigger.
