COMMENTS: SWIFT-BAT GRB Coordinates.
COMMENTS: This is a rate trigger.
COMMENTS: A point_source was found.
COMMENTS: This matches a source in the on-board catalog: Num=10763=(null) (probably an AT_Slot).
COMMENTS: This matches a source in the ground catalog: V_404_Cyg, delta=0.018 [deg].
COMMENTS: This is not a GRB.
COMMENTS: Since the IMAGE_SIGNIF is less than 7 sigma, this is a questionable detection.
COMMENTS: This trigger occurred at longitude, latitude = 229.00,-11.52 [deg].

At 17:17:58 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 151231 ***A*** (trigger=668949). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 305.996, +33.859 which is
       RA(J2000) = 20h 23m 59s
       Dec(J2000) = +33d 51' 34"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1195 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.
