At 02:43:40 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 161022 ***A*** (trigger=718655). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 128.967, +54.365 which is
       RA(J2000) = 08h 35m 52s
       Dec(J2000) = +54d 21' 54"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1539 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~2 sec after the trigger.
