At 17:11:02 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 161023 ***A*** (trigger=718919). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 197.822, +43.936 which is
       RA(J2000) = 13h 11m 17s
       Dec(J2000) = +43d 56' 09"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1296 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.
