At 09:43:58 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 161030 ***A*** (trigger=719854). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 288.803, +10.941 which is
RA(J2000) = 19h 15m 13s
Dec(J2000) = +10d 56' 29"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1382 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~21 sec after the trigger.
