At 10:09:56 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 170924 ***A*** (trigger=773893). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 233.507, -57.356 which is
RA(J2000) = 15h 34m 02s
Dec(J2000) = -57d 21' 22"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~1414 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~4 sec after the trigger.
