At 08:54:09 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 190218 ***A*** (trigger=889483). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 284.640, -8.235 which is
       RA(J2000) = 18h 58m 34s
       Dec(J2000) = -08d 14' 05"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~953 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.
