At 22:41:15 UT, the Swift Burst Alert Telescope (BAT) triggered and
located GRB 200131 ***A*** (trigger=953689). Swift slewed immediately to the burst.
The BAT on-board calculated location is
RA, Dec 3.095, +51.124 which is
       RA(J2000) = 00h 12m 23s
       Dec(J2000) = +51d 07' 25"
with an uncertainty of 3 arcmin (radius, 90% containment, including
systematic uncertainty). The BAT light curve showed a [**double-peaked**]
structure with a duration of about TTT sec. The peak count rate
was ~60828 counts/sec (15-350 keV), at ~0 sec after the trigger.
