- GRB found by the ground process (failed event data).
- Burst durations are found using quad-rate data from T0_GCN-37 s to T0_GCN+20 s.
- T100, T90, and T50 are lower limits. Even though the T100 we found using the quad-rate data is completely within the event data range, the "Sn=5 or 10 sec binning" plot shows that the burst likely lasts longer than the event data range (though it is hard to find the true burst duration due to the rapid background change in the quad-rate data).
- The event data are only available for part of the burst duration. 
- Spectral analysis is only available for part of the burst duration.
