- GRB found by the ground process (failed event data).
- Burst durations are found using FRED-model fitting.
- A higher significance (7.559 sigma) can only be found with manually chosen burst interval from T0-0.0 s to T0+0.7 s in 25-150 keV. T0=197513440.336. However, due to the hard-to-quantify false detection rate (and thus the real significance) from the manual trails, we do not report this value in the paper/tables.
