- T100, T90, and T50 are lower limits. The 2nd pulse of the burst is at ~ T0+750 and last till ~ T0+900, which is at the end of the event data, hence the T100 found by battblock does not enclose the complete burst duration. 

- It looks like the event data cover the total burst duration. Also, since the T100 includes most of the burst, we will keep the spectral analysis results based on this T100, instead of some arbitrarily chosen end of burst duration.
