Tool: update_timeline
Description
This is a standalone tool for updating a timeline from
a list of ACS packets. This function will usually be done by bin_packets.

Only the initial unique characters of each option are
significant. Each option must be followed by an argument
of the given type. Boolean "true" and "false" are indicated
with "y" and "n" respectively. A boolean option without a
value is assumed to be "true".
For filename arguments, "-" means either stdin or stdout
as appropriate.
Each option is described in detail below.
Parameters
- gap Real (default = 100)
- Gaps in the timeline between adjacent intervals with the same ID
which are shorter than this tolerance will be filled in.
- infile String (default = /usr/home/pier/swift/telemetry/bat/acs/acspkts9_23.0)
- The file containing ACS packets.
- timeline String (default = ztime)
- The file containing the timeline. This file will be overwritten
with the updated timeline, so you might want to savbe a copy of the original.
