srclist paragraph message for exposure 1 of trigger 020296

THIS MESSAGE IS *NOT* READY FOR DISTRIBUTION.
MORE ANALYSIS IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE WHETHER THERE IS AN AFTERGLOW CANDIDATE.
IMAGE PROBLEM: no image afterglow info
SRCLIST PROBLEM: high density of stars, srclist filled telemetry buffer
See notes for more details.

------ Start for Possible Stand-alone Circular ----

In response to GRB130904 (Swift/BAT trigger 020296) at 16:39:36 UT,

---- UVOT paragraph for Joint or Stand-alone Circular ----

UVOT took a finding chart exposure of 150 seconds with the White filter
starting 7170 seconds after the INTEGRAL trigger. No credible afterglow
candidate has been found in the initial data products. Data from the 2.7'x2.7'
sub-image are not available at this time. The 8'x8' region for the list of
sources generated on-board covers 6% of the INTEGRAL error circle. Because of
the density of catalogued stars, further analysis is required to report an
upper limit for any afterglow in the region. No correction has been made for
the expected extinction corresponding to E(B-V) of 0.72.
