GRB 161023A: Swift/UVOT Upper Limits

report on behalf of the Swift/UVOT team:

The Swift/UVOT began settled observations of the field of GRB 161023A
34830 s after the INTEGRAL trigger (***Author*** et al., GCN Circ. ????).
No optical afterglow consistent with the optical position
*** POSITION REFERENCE is GCN_Circ_20107 ***
is detected in the initial UVOT exposures.
Preliminary 3-sigma upper limits using the UVOT photometric system
(Breeveld et al. 2011, AIP Conf. Proc. 1358, 373) for the initial exposures are:

The magnitudes in the table are not corrected for the Galactic extinction

A source consistent with the optical position
*** POSITION REFERENCE is GCN_Circ_20107 ***
is detected in the initial UVOT exposures.

The preliminary UVOT position is:
    RA  (J2000) =  20:44:05.21 = 311.02169 (deg.)
    Dec (J2000) = -47:39:47.6  = -47.66322 (deg.)
with an estimated uncertainty of 0.50 arc sec. (radius, 90% confidence).

Preliminary detections using the UVOT photometric system
(Breeveld et al. 2011, AIP Conf. Proc. 1358, 373) for the early exposures are:
