Swift Observations of GRB 201103B

1. Introduction

Svinkin et al. (GCN Circ. 28844) reported the GRB detection. Table 1 contains the best reported positions from Swift.

Evans et al. (GCN Circ. 28858) reported the detection with UVOT of an optical afterglow. Xu et al. (GCN Circ. 28847) determined a redshift of 1.105 from VLT. Table 2 is a summary of GCN Circulars about this GRB from observatories other than Swift.

2. BAT Observations and Analysis

BAT did not observe this burst.

3. XRT Observations and Analysis

Analysis of the initial XRT data was reported by Evans et al. (GCN Circ. 28858). We cannot determine at the present time whether the source is fading. A weak signal is also detected in the V band at less than 3 sigma significance (V > 19.6) with some evidence of fading.

4. UVOT Observations and Analysis

UVOT results are not available.
