M. Capalbi (INAF-IASFPA) for the Swift team
Raman et al. (GCN Circ. 32543) reported the GRB detection. Swift/BAT did not localize GRB 220909A onboard (T0: 2022-09-09T06:52:13 UTC, Fermi/GBM GCN Circ. 32539). Table 1 contains the best reported positions from Swift.
Table 2 is a summary of GCN Circulars about this GRB from observatories other than Swift.
BAT refined results are not available.
Analysis of the initial XRT data was reported by Capalbi et al. (GCN Circ. 32547). One uncatalogued X-ray source has been detected consistent with being within 296 arcsec of the Swift/BAT-GUANO position (Raman et al. GCN Circ. 32543), it is below the RASS limit and shows no definitive signs of fading.
UVOT results are not available.
