J.P. Osborne (U. Leicester) for the Swift team
Tohuvavohu et al. (GCN Circ. 32824) reported the GRB detection. Swift/BAT did not localize GRB 221022A onboard (T0: 2022-10-22T19:33:33 UTC, Fermi/GBM GCN Circ. 32816). Table 1 contains the best reported positions from Swift.
Table 2 is a summary of GCN Circulars about this GRB from observatories other than Swift.
BAT refined results are not available.
Analysis of the initial XRT data was reported by Osborne et al. (GCN Circ. 32847). Six uncatalogued X-ray sources have been detected, however none of them is above the RASS limit or shows definitive signs of fading.
UVOT results are not available.
