------ Start for Possible Stand-alone Circular ----

In response to GRB190706 (Swift/BAT trigger 913302) at 12:40:50 UT,

---- UVOT paragraph for Joint or Stand-alone Circular ----

UVOT took a finding chart exposure of 150 seconds with the White filter
starting 868 seconds after the BAT trigger. No credible afterglow candidate has
been found in the initial data products. The 2.7'x2.7' sub-image covers none of
the XRT error circle. The 8'x8' region for the list of sources generated
on-board covers 100% of the XRT error circle. The list of sources is typically
complete to about 18 mag. No correction has been made for the expected
extinction corresponding to E(B-V) of 0.15.

Found 2734 stars in largest star catalog for srclist region. The stars will
eliminate afterglows from about 25% of the srclist region. Found 190 sources in
srclist catalog. WARNING -- srclist catalog buffer filled. Found 15 srclist
source(s) without IDs. There are 0 good candidate(s) in the srclist catalog.
Good candidates must be brighter than 19.22 mag.

Found 43 source(s) in Genie image catalog. Found 6 Genie image source(s)

27% of the Genie image region.

Genie image analysis:
Found 85926.8 counts in the large background region of 5089.0 pixels or a rate
of 16.885 counts/pixel in a radius of 45.0 arcsec. Based on this background,
the typical 5-sigma UL at a random point in the Genie image is 19.82 mag. for a
4-arcsec aperture. The number of srclist sources filled the available
telemetry. The weakest source detected was 18.66 mag. The closest srclist
source has ra= 107.4735 dec= -29.5503 mag=17.51 sep=36.88". The closest Genie
source has ra= 107.4505 dec= -29.5582 mag=15.66 sep=41.07".

This paragraph is only useful if the XRT position is grossly wrong. There are 1
candidate(s) in the image data with mag < 19.81 inside the BAT error region,
but outside the XRT error region. The brightest such source is at RA=107.44312
(07:09:46.35), DEC=-29.57253 (-29:34:21.1) (J2000). It has a mag of 16.39. It
is 45.2" from the BAT position.

****THIS SOURCE IS OUTSIDE XRT ERROR CIRCLE--USE WITH CAUTION***
UVOT took a finding chart exposure of 150 seconds with the White filter
starting 868 seconds after the BAT trigger. There is a candidate afterglow in
the rapidly available 2.7'x2.7' sub-image at

DEC(J2000) = -29:34:21.1 = -29.57253
with a 90%-confidence error radius of about 0.61 arc sec. The estimated
magnitude is 16.39 with a 1-sigma error of about 0.14. No correction has been
made for the expected extinction corresponding to E(B-V) of 0.15.

This paragraph is only useful if the XRT position is grossly wrong. There are 1
candidate(s) in the srclist data with mag < 18.66 inside the BAT error region,
but outside the XRT error region. The brightest such source is at RA=107.44296
(07:09:46.31), DEC=-29.57248 (-29:34:20.9) (J2000). It has a mag of 17.22. It
