srclist paragraph message for exposure 2 of trigger 972614

THIS MESSAGE IS *NOT* READY FOR DISTRIBUTION.
MORE ANALYSIS IS REQUIRED TO DETERMINE WHETHER THERE IS AN AFTERGLOW CANDIDATE.
IMAGE PROBLEM: no image afterglow info
SRCLIST PROBLEM: srclist filled telemetry buffer
See notes for more details.

WARNING -- because of the LARGE EXTINCTION, results should be used cautiously.

------ Start for Possible Stand-alone Circular ----

In response to GRB200516 (Swift/BAT trigger 972614) at 15:03:28 UT,

---- UVOT paragraph for Joint or Stand-alone Circular ----

UVOT took a finding chart exposure of nominal 250.000 seconds with the U filter
starting 276 seconds after the BAT trigger. No credible afterglow candidate has
been found in the initial data products. Data from the 2.7'x2.7' sub-image are
not available at this time. The 8'x8' region for the list of sources generated
on-board covers 100% of the XRT error circle. The limiting magnitude for the
list of sources is expected to be about 17.7. No correction has been made for
the large, but uncertain, extinction expected.
